Last Updated: November 2025 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Little village services for roofing & construction (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to residential and commercial clients (“you,” “your,” or “the customer”). By requesting, approving, or paying for any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer roofing and construction services, including but not limited to:
  • Roof repair and replacement
  • Metal roofing installation
  • Shingle replacement
  • Storm damage repair
  • Commercial and residential roofing
  • General contracting and construction-related services
All work is performed according to industry standards, local building codes, and the specific terms outlined in your proposal or contract.

2. Estimates & Proposals

  • All estimates are provided free of charge unless stated otherwise.
  • Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
  • Hidden damage or unforeseen conditions (e.g., structural issues, rot, mold, decking damage, etc.) may result in additional costs.
  • Written approval is required before proceeding with any additional work beyond the initial estimate.

3. Scheduling & Project Timeline

  • Work will be scheduled based on material availability, weather conditions, and crew scheduling.
  • While we strive to complete projects promptly, estimated timelines are not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or third-party issues do not constitute breach of contract.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:
  • Provide reasonable access to the job site
  • Ensure pets, vehicles, and valuables are relocated as needed
  • Obtain any HOA approvals, if applicable
  • Disclose known issues (e.g., leaks, structural concerns) before work begins
We are not responsible for delays or damages resulting from failure to comply with these responsibilities.

5. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required prior to the start of work.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

Ownership of materials and workmanship warranties may be withheld until full payment is received.

6. Warranties

8. Site Conditions & Work Areas

We maintain a safe and orderly worksite. However:
  • Minor landscaping disturbances, vibrations, or noise may occur during construction.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage to brittle materials (e.g., old shingles, gutters, or tile).
  • We will clean the site after completion, but homeowners should use caution around work areas and debris.

9. Liability & Insurance

We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage as required by law. We are not liable for:
  • Damage due to existing structural issues
  • Unforeseen hidden conditions
  • Issues resulting from homeowner negligence or third-party contractors

10. Emergency Repairs

Emergency or after-hours services will be addressed as quickly as possible. Rates may differ depending on timing, materials, and labor required.

11. Cancellations

  • You may cancel prior to the start of work with written notice.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if materials were ordered or scheduling commitments were made.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to unsafe conditions, unpaid deposits, or site complications.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, mediation or arbitration may be required before legal action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action shall be filed in the appropriate jurisdiction within Texas.
